Got a good hypnotherapist? If so take your neck to them! No, I’m not kidding! My hypnotherapist (also my osteopath) says there is a technique where under hypnotherapy they can remove your pain and then stick it somewhere innocuous. Largely designed to allow you to then be treated but … Don’t recall all the details although Chris has told me about it twice and so far I’ve never needed to have it done.
So sorry that your neck is worse today – it seems like it’s one step forward, two steps backward for you lately!
But yes, Oscar is brilliant! I am going to quote him frequently!

My good friend Carol had a neck like yours that kept ‘going’, I can’t remember how she resolved it but I remember it involved exercises. I’ll try and remember to ask her.
That’s not good to hear! Please consider getting a collar to support it until the exercises have really started to build up the underlying muscles. Possibly diagnostic x-rays and an ultrasound would be beneficial too. At least then you would know exactly where and what the problem is.
